After Hurricane Helene devastated downtown Marshall, Kate & Brian didn't know what the future would hold, but they were determined that it would include working in Marshall again as soon as possible.
Today, we are literally watching the town rebuild around us - because Star Taco is going to be right in the middle of all of it! Next to the courthouse, across from Zuma, Kate is in heaven with her new vantage point basically overlooking the town!
We're going to do Pop-Ups when we can out of the Celtic Monkey trailer (Thanks, Hollie!!) Probably looking at another month or so before we're ready to be officially open.
